Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, taking my French Bulldog, Thor, for walks along the beautiful Sunshine Coast beaches, or enjoying everything our local community has to offer.

Every treatment is thoughtfully crafted around your unique needs, blending skilled techniques with deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial cupping, active muscle release, and Muscle Energy Technique (MET) stretching, we work to gently together to unravel the layers of tension held within. We also incorporate Active Release Techniques (ART) to treat areas of soft tissue strain, nurturing muscles, ligaments, fascia, and the nervous system back to health.
